Invertigo Dance Theatre invites you to connect with your community with two packed days of free classes, resources, and empowerment! Get to know Dancing Through Parkinson’s (DTP) and the mental health and wellness resources that are available to you!
Day 2 features a DTP sample class, chair yoga, Tai Chi, Improv Workshop, a guest speaker, DTP film screening, and a Mental Health and Wellness Resource Expo.
