Heart of Ida's Promotoras/Public Health Educators will host an outreach event in partnership with Food Finders at the Community Marketplace at Admiral Kidd Park. Join your neighbors and learn about nutrition & mental health resources. Explore coping strategies, stress management, and resilience-building techniques as tools to promote healthy aging. Promotoras will also distribute AgeWell Senior Resource Guides to attendees.
